These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the b133 platform, including all casino games, sportsbook products, promotions, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By completing the b133 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree", "Register", or equivalent confirmation, or by using the b133 Platform in any capacity, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and continue in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by b133.
2.3 Where b133 amends these Terms, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
2.4 These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read alongside, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and b133.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on b133. b133 strictly enforces this age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited (including any deposits made), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active b133 account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential permanent platform bans.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. b133 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. Full account functionality — including deposits above the minimum threshold, placement of real-money bets, and withdrawal of funds — requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. KYC documentation requirements include: a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address dated within three months, and a selfie holding the ID document.
3.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent that your use of b133 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. b133 does not hold a Malaysian government-issued online gambling licence. Malaysian players access the Platform at their own legal responsibility. b133 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.6 Account Registration by Third Parties. Registering a b133 account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your b133 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code.
4.2 b133 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to b133 support immediately.
4.3 You must notify b133 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. b133 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 b133 reserves the right to suspend or close your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report relevant information to law enforcement where b133 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity in connection with your account.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. b133 will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is preserved and not forfeited, subject to applicable dormancy administration fees as notified.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied within the b133 platform.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. b133 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and direct bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time as notified on the Platform.
5.3 Matching Requirement. The name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name on your verified b133 account. b133 does not process deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within one to four (1–4) hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. b133 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Current deposit and withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are published on the Cashier page of the Platform. These limits are subject to change with notice.
5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute via a payment provider in respect of a b133 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b133 reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a chargeback, including through debt collection procedures where appropriate.
5.7 AML Compliance. b133 operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls in accordance with its international licensing obligations. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be declined or subject to enhanced due diligence. b133 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.
6.1 All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by b133 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting a wagering requirement. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. b133 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using b133 bonuses, abuse of system errors, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, and collusive play. Where abuse is detected, b133 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account.
6.5 b133 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will have their existing bonus terms honoured except where abuse is detected.
7.1 All games on b133 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Where a discrepancy exists between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules prevail for the conduct of that game.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game outcome, b133 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. b133 does not honour winnings generated as a result of a documented software error or malfunction.
7.3 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook section. b133 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to an obvious error.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface and Sportsbook markets respectively.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on b133 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
9.1 b133 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irrevocable once confirmed. b133 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded persons from accessing the Platform. Self-excluded Members must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering new accounts — doing so is a breach of these Terms.
9.3 b133 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. This is not a soft guideline — it is a hard rule enforced through KYC verification on every account.

10.1 All content on the b133 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the property of b133 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other right or licence is granted.
10.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any b133 content without prior written authorisation.
11.1 The b133 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b133 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b133's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your b133 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 b133 is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, even if b133 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
12.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the b133 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By registering with b133, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing required for KYC, AML compliance, and responsible gaming obligations.
13.1 b133 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Members via email to the address on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Amended Terms take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b133 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the b133 Platform, you agree to first contact b133 through the official support channel and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for b133 to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing any other remedy.
14.3 b133 does not operate under Malaysian gaming law and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts solely on account of a Member's location in Malaysia. Members in Malaysia access the Platform under their own legal responsibility.
