9.1 b133's KYC process involves the collection and verification of identity documents (Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and a selfie photograph. This data is processed by b133 and its contracted KYC verification partner solely for the purpose of confirming your identity and age (21+).
9.2 KYC documents are stored in encrypted form. Access is restricted to authorised compliance and support personnel on a need-to-know basis. KYC data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AML compliance obligations.
9.3 Transaction monitoring data — which may include patterns of deposit, withdrawal, and betting behaviour — is processed as part of b133's AML obligations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

11.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own b133 account credentials. b133 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. b133 will never ask for your password through any channel.
12.1 b133 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:
